Homely place, very comfy beds, superbly friendly staff. Climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television in the room, marvellous and perfect location. Delicious breakfast with lots of healthy foods. Great services too. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Really great experience there...

Cinco Hotel B&B exceeded my expectations in several ways. The garden courtyard is fine, filled with lush vegetation that creates a tranquil escape. I especially enjoyed the healthy and delicious 'tipico' breakfast served each morning. Homemade yogurt and kombucha were available on site, which I found refreshing and unique. The hotel has a charming vibe, almost like staying in a cozy, converted house. The staff accommodated an early check-in for me, allowing me to store my luggage and grab breakfast before my room was ready. On the downside, I experienced issues with the hot water . Unfortunately, the shower had no hot water throughout my visit, quite inconvenient. The only window in my room faced the reception desk, leading to an awkward situation where I felt exposed at times. While some nearby restaurants were just a short walk away, the distance to the historical center of the city made exploring that part of town more challenging. I had to take an Uber to reach it, as walking seemed risky and uninviting. Regardless of these inconveniences, my time at Cinco Hotel was genuinely enjoyable. The mix of comfort, charm, and unique offerings like fresh garden smoothies make it stand out.

Right from the start, the garden's a sight to behold-so peaceful like a little paradise. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh juices and tasty local fare. The staff really were really nice, even helpin' us chase down a lost toy in the pond! Wish they had more parking, though. That can get tight!

Japanese tea shop, beautiful garden courtyard, organic shop
The lack of hot water in the shower for two days was quite inconvenient!!! Better communication for maintenance requests would improve the guest experience!!! The area feels less safe at night than expected!!!

The lush garden filled with vibrant plants creates a tropical paradise right at the hotel. The breakfast using locally sourced ingredients was really good, with a good variety of fresh fruits and homemade options.
